EDIT : DrMacheto has found the real name of this music : Ive got the soundtrack and it says: Vietcong 2 OST Hendrix (Becko) So I guess its been made by some Studio musician (Becko?) specifically for Vietcong 2, obviously influenced by Jimi Hendrix.
