[Notes:emergency vehicles camp sign WOWT] The entrance to the Little Sioux Boy Scout Ranch, blocked by state officials, inside search and rescue teams begin the process of cleaning up and clearing debris from a tornado Wednesday evening.At least four people were killed, dozens of others are being treated for injuries some of those are pretty serious.There were 93 teen scouts and 25 adult leaders at the ranch and all have been accounted for.
