Old OLD glitch I found about a year ago. People had already found it before me, but I had figured it out myself. Now that Ive searched Youtube, I realise this is the only video about this glitch. O.o
The trick to this is completing Knuckles stage on collecting 100 rings, then go to the chao garden, exit, and youll spawn in Sonics level.
For the timer glitch, get rid of the first chaos enemy, then use a spin dash go get away from the timer before it starts to tick and time will freeze.
