Mogadishu was a beautiful city and way better than its neighbouring capital cities like Nairobi, Addis Ababa or Djibouti because firstly everything in Mogadishu belonged to the Somalis not like Nairobi where everything is owned by foreign investors, British colonials, Indians, etc. Secondly nothing matches the blue Indian ocean, and finally it had many fine Italian architecture, Italians build and good at designing, Mogadishu was their main city outside of Italy and they built it and Somalis are resourceful people.
