In the olden days before Peter Gabriel got his sledgehammer and before Mike hired his Mechanics Phil Collins had long flowing hair.
Here they are performing together in 1973 at Shepperton Studios. The original film is in 16mm so hardly High Def but boy what a performance! Great sound, very original and sounds as spooky today as it did back then.
This piece of history was owned by my friends Dad Bill Holbrook who sadly passed away recently. I know though that he would have loved sharing this with an audience. |
