Fox= twin... seeing as she is Naruto and therefore THE FOX!!!! Box= Valdrein, because Itachi wants to put the Fox in a Box for some reason... To be honest with you I dont even know where this twisted little fantasy of came from... it came from the now infamous gimme the fox line and then it more or less took on a life of its own and included a Box that Itachi wanted to put Naruto in after he got the Fox... BUT IT SPAWNED NICKNAMES... and this movie... and thats all that matters *nods*
