The man suspected of killing seven people during a rampage in Tokyo on Sunday, reportedly posted a series of messages on the Internet including one saying its time. Police say the 25 year old suspect rammed a truck into a crowd of pedestrians. He then jumped out and began stabbihg people. Gas prices have hit a dubious number. The average for a gallon of unleaded gas is now four dollars. Analysts say that prices have skyrocketed 20 cents per gallon in the past three weeks ... 90 cents since the beginning of the year. Diesel fuel now sells at four 76 a gallon. A weekend full of nasty weather has killed eight people. The hardest hit states include Wisconsin and Indiana. President Bush has declared 29 Indiana counties as federal disaster areas. Parts of the Hoosier state have seen 10 inches of fain since Saturday. And while the midwest gets soaked, the east coast bakes. From Boston on south, temperatures are expected to come close to 100 degrees.
