To settle many arguments Ive had with youtubers I have referred to A Peoples History of the United States but they often complain that the book is far too large for them to read as well as lacking the vocabulary (having trouble understanding all the big words) to attain any meaning from Professor Howard Zinns work. After Howard Zinn came out with the simplified comic book A Peoples History of American Empire, not surprisingly many neo conservative christian types still had many of the same complaints so now we have a narrator in a video with lots of pretty pictures to read it for them. The republican budget cuts to public education are making a lot more work for us Liberals out there!
